Pre Shoot Checklist

I have been wanting to do this for long but time was keeping me back. Finally I have managed to create a checklist of thing we as photographer need to do before a shoot.
1. Charge Camera Batteries
2. Charge Flash Batteries
3. Clean Lenses
4. Check Camera Sensor for Dust
5. Empty Out and Format the memory Cards
6. Charge Storage Devices(If they need charging)
7. Check Tripod and celan it off.
8. Test all Equipments
9. Time to leave, Pick up all your equipments.
If you feel that this list is incomplete do write in your additional points as comments. I will then edit this post to add them here.

Abney Park – Location Shoot
As promised on the Facebook page here are some more images from the location of today’s shoot. This chapel build around 1800′s still stands tall while some part of the chapel wall’s have been painted off. People have even used this place to enjoy a few round of drinks with a bonfire, that’s what the left over beer bottle and burst wood could symbolize. Though some thoughtless minds have even vandalized the walls of this chapel. I feel sad for such people who do not feel the sense of saving a historic place like this when access is readily available through the park trust.
Will share some of the images of the shoot soon, when they would have gone through the post production stage.
PS. Do forgive me for the low quality of these images for they have been captured on the phone, as I was saving the Memory Cards for the shoot.
200MP Camera
Just as I was writing my previous post about the hasselblad I came across the hasselblad buzz of it launching it’s 200MP Camera. Can you imagine the quality of images that you take with it?? The H4D-200MS as this beast is named has a sensor of 50MP, and it combines six shots to obtain the high resolution image.
Its setting comes in three different capture modes.
1. Normal – Single Shot, with a capture of 50MP image.
2. 4 Shot – Again a 50MP image with higher image details.
3. 6 Shot – A mammoth 200MP Image Capture.
The output image size is averaged around 600MB per image. Seems it’s time to invest in External Memory Drives. IT is currently priced at $45,000.00. According to hasselblad it has been designed to be used in a studio for photographer working on the finest details and colors in their images, be it fashion, jewelery, or still object.
